I have lived in Broadstone toscano for more than two years. The first year with the old management is pleasant and smooth. And one year ago the new management came and we started to pay all of this utilities(water sewer trash) that we did not pay before. Aside from that they mandate us to do valet trash and charge everyone 25 dollars for it without letting the residents chose themselves. They’re very lax with breakins as if they don’t care about the residents. Can’t wait to move out.
Literally worst experience of my life living here. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Worst place to live, run as far away as you can from it
Secure & Nice Place near to MD Anderson
A lot of car got stolen. No security. Not safe at all and if you feel not secure and want to move they want you to pay a penalty. Do not go there believe me the worst place ever. The picture below is that how they do not care about your safety Note: some of the recommendations posts on this page are not from the residents, like someone posts it is nice and secure near MD center and he lives in Pakistan and has a builder company, I guess could be one of the owners.
Clean complex, wonderful staff, and a great place to live. One of the best apartments in the city.
