I am writing a review about the work order I placed today for the maintenance of my toilet, which was excellent with a quick response, and the work was carried out by Pedro Zacarias with excellent results.
I love my apartment. I’ve lived here for almost half a year and I have not had one issue. I’ve had some rough patches in the past with other apartment complexes, so I’d definitely tell you if it wasn’t great. The property managers here are so wonderful to work with. Nikkia and Monet made my move-in process seamless and their communication is on point. They are the sweetest souls and they bring the community together with fun activities. Aside from the convenient location. I am highly pleased with the amenities and the support from Pedro the maintenance manager, he has completed all of my maintenance request in a timely manner without any issues after he has completed the job. Thank you to the community and management for their continued support.

Great apartment lived here for 2 years staff was great parking was hit or miss but the maintenance team were the best I’ve ever seen especially Pedro. Pedro really went out of his way to help and explain everything to me and also went the extra mile to help out in anyway he can.
