This is the best community in Downtown I can’t say enough about this community! I heard a lot of amazing things about this place based off there yelp reviews, so I wanted to stop by since my lease was coming up, and I can say I have never seen anything like it! Disappointment. I've lived at BMQ for 3 months, and it's been the worst living situation of my life. My apartment overlooks the I-5 South on-ramp (probably less than 30 ft from it), and the traffic noise, especially during the hours of 4:00am - 8am, is unbearable. To give you an idea, the decibel level peaks as high as 85, equivalent to a blender running next to your ear. The noise of a usual sedan or SUV doesn't bother me.
