Verified Renter I'd be happy to provide a more comprehensive review once the air conditioning is resolved :) Until that time I wouldn't be able to whole-heartedly recommend the building, as it's generally uncomfortably warm in my room where I'm spending the day both working and sleeping. Right now my review would be: Broadstone is an upscale apartment building with solid amenities (great pool area!) and a great and helpful office team. Verified Renter The best of both worlds; being downtown but not being downtown. Everything is a short drive or walk away. The highway is easily accessible (literally two turns from a whichever highway you want to get to.) I love the amenities they provide and its just an overall amazing vibe living there.
