Great staff and location I have lived at Ambrose for a little over a year now and have really enjoyed my time here. The staff is always very friendly and helpful and the maintenance team is amazing. The location in deep ellum is close to so many restaurants, shops and bars which is so convenient. Now that I work from home I hardly ever have to drive my car anymore. The only downfall is if you live on the side of the DART station you can hear the train and some commotion sometimes…but that just comes with living in this area.... read more
Friendly Staff The staff at Ambrose is very friendly and inviting. Most importantly, the property is located near all the bars and restaurants so it's very convenient. Choose Ambrose if you want to be in Deep Ellum!!
Apartment Tour I took a tour of this apartment and was shown around by Jack. He could not have been more helpful throughout the whole process - he was extremely knowledgeable about the complex and took extra time out of his day to show us around and make sure all my questions were answered. I left with a great experience and great impression of Ambrose.
Verified Renter In the past 2 years I have only requested three maintenance calls which says a lot about the quality of appliances and fixtures here, and they were all taken care of promptly and efficiently. The new management and maintenance teams are first rate.
Not worth it Biggest positive used to be that it had the cheapest rent in Deep Ellum. Unfortunately they are raising rent prices so much (went up 200+ a month for a studio this year) that it's no longer worth it to deal with the security and other issues. Security is on premises only rarely, outside doors are often broken so you randomly get locked out at night with sketchy people who hang out by the dart station, garage gates are left open alot of the time because they break and there have been a lot of car break-ins.
