Verified Renter Accommodating, friendly, professional staff members. Clean apartment and amenities. Sufficient parking space. Conveniently located by almost anything you'd need from other gyms, lots of food options, etc.
Verified Renter I've been a resident for 5 years and have had a mostly positive experience. The entire Ambrose team is pleasant and puts a lot of effort into making the community feel like home. Since we are within walking distance of the entertainment areas it's important to be mindful of surroundings (as is the case with anywhere in the DFW area). Overall, I appreciate the convenience of the location and absolutely love the layout of my unit. I would recommend this to a young professional due to the access to nightlife.
Verified Renter I love it here, it’s very convenient and I love the area. However the only thing that I wish could change are the Air BNB’s. Some of the noise and traffic of non residents is frustrating at times.

Verified Renter The community is beautiful and exactly as advertised. The bathtubs and high ceiling are my favorite part. Also the washer and dryer that’s included. The kitchen in gorgeous, they clean the community every morning you can smell the cleaning products every morning! Well done Ambrose!
Verified Renter Half the building currently appears to be Airbnb. Construction noise is constant all week. The pool shut a month too early. The courtyard is pointless and should allow dogs.
