Verified Renter I really love calling Ambrose home. From the beginning of my tour until now I have been extremely satisfied with Ambrose. The office staff (everyone including maintenance) are extremely friendly (rare) and helpful. This is my first living experience downtown and it is the best possible one for me. My apartment is beautiful, the neighbors are friendly, my apartment looks onto a beautiful courtyard that lights up every night. Verified Renter Accommodating, friendly, professional staff members. Clean apartment and amenities. Sufficient parking space. Conveniently located by almost anything you'd need from other gyms, lots of food options, etc.
Verified Renter I've been a resident for 5 years and have had a mostly positive experience. The entire Ambrose team is pleasant and puts a lot of effort into making the community feel like home. Since we are within walking distance of the entertainment areas it's important to be mindful of surroundings (as is the case with anywhere in the DFW area). Overall, I appreciate the convenience of the location and absolutely love the layout of my unit. I would recommend this to a young professional due to the access to nightlife.

Verified Renter The community is beautiful and exactly as advertised. The bathtubs and high ceiling are my favorite part. Also the washer and dryer that’s included. The kitchen in gorgeous, they clean the community every morning you can smell the cleaning products every morning! Well done Ambrose!
