The staff are super nice. The facility is always clean. The facility is secure and in a great location.
These units are awesome! Huge secure facility, great prices. I've been watching the website for months and they always have killer deals. I ended up getting a unit that was too small, and Adrian helped me get a bigger one within minutes. He was super friendly, patient, and helpful. So stoked I found this place!
Adrian just helped me! I was just checking out what this storage would be like. I found him to be so helpful. He put me in a very good location. With my limitations he helped accommodate them so moving in would be easy as I have health issues. So thankful for his kindness. It is a big place but he makes it feel small town and neighborly.
Huge shout out to Bianca, Adrian & David at Broadmoor Storage! We’ve been customers for a while & they were all very helpful when we recently had to scale down our storage. Decided to stay with Broadmoor as it’s always kept so clean (thank you David) & we like that it’s gated. The office staff is friendly & professional. Good people!
I lost the keys on my lock and Adrian was so helpful and getting the lock off for me and replacing!
