Verified Renter It’s been good so far. The cleanliness before moving in could’ve been better, but that was it. Just had a few issues with the drains in the bathroom, but those were resolved.
Verified Renter The absolute best management and maintenance team in any place I have ever lived in many states! Property Manager is over the top efficient, helpful and kind. Maintenance manager is always there, prompt and courteous. They maintain a very quiet, calm clean place to live
Verified Renter I have only been a resident for 24 hours! Lol. But, I am overwhelmed with how nice everybody in the office is and how fast they got everything done. So my experience as a resident there is beyond excellent.
Verified Renter Apartments are decent for the price a little landlord special but nothing too crazy. Property manager and maintenance are wonderful people. Neighbors are iffy depending who they are. Recently got a bad set of loud ones but can be expected with lower income apartments I guess. Would recommend if you can't afford anything else.
