Verified Renter Really good and fast help from the office and maintenance guy all in all Really enjoy it here and we haven't had any issues with anyone so way awesome place to live ??
Verified Renter It's a great experience , quiet , calm able to unwind no bugs so that is awesome and lovely views. The management is fabulous as well. Very happy.
Verified Renter I love the community. It would be nice to not have so many potholes. It would also be nice to upgrade the dog park. As there are some holes in the fence and it has a urine odor to the park.
Verified Renter Clean, quiet, close to work. Love the bunnies, birds, view of the mountains, and all the grass. Walking distance to lots of places to eat or hang out.
Verified Renter Maintenance is great and does things in a timely manner. Front office is friendly and accommodating. Community is nice and respectful to everyone.
Verified Renter Property manager is very pleasant and easy to deal with. She answered all my questions and made the leasing process very smooth. Being able to process any issues or corrections to be made within the apartment is fast and easy.
Verified Renter I have lived here for about 2 years and I am enjoying my apartment. And the surrounding neighborhood is also nice. I will probably be here for a a few more years to come.

Verified Renter Very chill place the sounds of birds . The open sky the sunset marvelous the place so clean swimming pool and laundry are are amazing. Separation from the walls no noise from neighbors! Next to shopping center and GYM . We have it all! Will recommend!
