Verified Renter pretty neat well kept community, have a lot of different activities to get to know your neighbors! evrrything around the community is also very close to eachother which is another plus

Verified Renter Everyday I am so grateful to be living here. Management and maintenance always make sure that issues of any kind are immediately addressed and resolved. It's so quiet and clean and safe.
Verified Renter It's a nice community to live in people are friendly and the staff are wonderful. My only complaint would be that the dog park needs to be freshened up. Would be AMAZING if they could get like sod or something. The current red clay holds the smell of urine really bad.

People are constantly parking infront of the building for hours at a time, or how a motorcycle that hasn't moved in over 2 years can sit in a full sized parking spot when its literally parked next to a motorcycle parking spot. Or when you ask your neighbors to please stop running back and forth, back and forth and back and forth through the whole house because its scaring your sick dog, and they just continue. Verified Renter I have lived in several apartments in my life and not many have made me feel as at home as Broadmoor Springs. From tour to move in to today I felt like I knew where I was at in the process and welcomed. The management has been great and very responsive and maintenance is on top of issues (not that we’ve had many). The residents are respectful and most take the opportunity to get to know you which is also rare these days.
