I had to write a review because these guys fixed my FENCE (!!!) that was totally smashed by a tree that fell on top of it in our recent wind storms. It was a tough job that removal of old materials, acquisition of new materials, working around a bunch of fiber optic cables still down, etc. Took most of a day, and they didn't give up; it looks great. We recently had 5 large trees and stumps removed from our yard using Broad Ripple Tree Service. From the initial quote to finishing the job this company was beyond professional and honest. They completed the work in 1 day and left our yard honestly better than they found it. Our trees were large and very close to our home so this was not an easy job. I was thoroughly impressed with the BR Tree Service team that came out recently, braving the harsh cold (though thankfully it was sunny) to trim my trees and remove one altogether. The project was especially challenging because AES had to lower our power line—which runs dangerously close to the tree being removed—and later put the line back in place. 1000% recommend Broad Ripple Tree Service. You will find cheaper out there of course, but you get what you pay for. The crew was professional, equipped with proper safety gear and equipment, and took great care to clean up after the removal and trimming of multiple large trees on our property. To that, they were quick and efficient; stump grinding and cleanup were pristine and communication was excellent. Quick turnaround from time of contact to completion of work. Cannot recommend this company highly enough! From start to finish was an incredible process. Everyone was incredibly kind and professional. Our tree removal was done tremendously fast despite horrible weather recently and a very challenging location, size and age/decay of the tree.
