Picked up a 2016 Evoque lease just a few weeks ago. Fantastic experience during the sales process. Tino was very helpful and accommodating. I'm sure my future experience will be just as great. Loving the vehicle! I have yet to experience the service department but I have no doubts it will be just as professional.
Review date 15/11/2015 BMCD is a terrible place to get the car serviced. They treat their customers like criminals and go out of their way to be curt borderline rude. They don't seem to have the proper paperwork for the car and even when you present the paperwork they do not acknowledge it. I was told "we can't accept this document because you might have fabricated it" Context - I had bought a Jag XF with a 5 year/50000Mile special in 2011.
