Generally nice experience on the purchase side. Service however is a disaster. They don’t call back ever, an overnight service will end up taking 10 days, and they charge top dollar. It’s almost shocking how bad they are at service and unfortunately the Range Rover is not that reliable so the service matters...

I needed a quick scheduled service before a long trip in the car. Hui and all the people in service were very efficient and professional. My car was finished at the stated time. Could not have worked better for me. Thanks everyone

I had the worst experience ever! Took my Discovery in to service 3 weeks ago and received no communication until 1 week later. After I come pick up my car, a part of the key (the protector part) is missing. So I called the service advisor who helped me and left couple of messages but never received a call back. Finally I reached him and he promised that he will send me the missing piece to my key in the mail, but I never receive them! I tried calling him and leaving messages but he never did care to call back.

Hands down the worst buying experience ever!! Worst dealership I have ever dealt with and worst group on people. I bought my car 3 months ago and the dealership filed the wrong vin # for my car so 3 months later still no TAGS! I have been e-mailing and calling the dealership and never receive a response. I will be filling a law suite against them very soon as 3 months and no tags and zero response to my e-mails and calls in beyond unacceptable!!
