THEY SHOULD HONOR THE REFUND OF PREPAID SERVICE AND EXTENDED WARRENTY AFTER CAR WAS TRADED IN AFTER 1 YEAR. BY LAW I HAVE A RIGHT TO THE REFUND, AS WELL AS PER OTHER DEALRSHIP FINANCE FOLKS, BUT FINANACE TEAM REFUSES TO RETURN CALLS TO PROCESS THE PRORATED REFUND. nOT SURE WHY THEY ACT AS YOUR FREIND TO THEN TURN AROUND AN NOT BE AN HONORABLE BUSINESS AND PROCESS THE MONEY DUE TO ME!!!

Today was my first time visiting British Motor Car Distributors and I ended up walking out with a new Range Rover Velar. Great facility and great service! I had the pleasure of working with Shane today, and I have to be honest- Shane’s FIRST CLASS customer service played a BIG role in me making my decision to leave with a new SUV today! If your in the city and in the market for a new Range Rover- stop by British Motor Car Distributors and ask for Shane!

I paid for a windshield i didn't break on a brand new Velar i barely drive, after buying maintenance package that was told covered everything which in fact, does not. Then i was left without a car for an entire week with no communication from the service center. Very poor experience.
This review is only for Service . Great sales people and everyone there except for service people . Extremely disappointing. As usual ( I’ve purchased from them before ) they keep your car for a long time for no reason because work is not finished after a while . They won’t give you a Loaner anymore as they used to with the excuse of first come first served which it makes it doubtful because my appointment was at 8:30am. I thought by me waking up early and drive all the way from the East bay would make it possible , but not.... read more
