This has been the most unprofessional chaotic car buying experience of my life. Everyone except the gal who first Helped me buy my car, (Jillian?) who works here is a liar, rude, and has no idea what they're doing. It's been 2 months. They barely just paid off my trade in in the meantime I made an extra car payment and they have lied for the past 4 weeks that the check is in the mail. I have had nothing but great experience with BMC. They provide loaner vehicles when needed and their new service department is quite an improvement over the old one.
