Thanks I was having a number of engine ignition problems that were tricky to diagnose. Charles and his team were able to get to the bottom of the problem and once they did, they fixed it quickly and at a reasonable cost. Charles also went beyond the call of duty to fix some other things for which I am appreciative.
8 years I have been a customer of Charles for 8 years. I've taken him all 3 of my Jaguars over the years. I love that I can get used parts as well as new. Thank you.

Great staff Charles and the entire British Independent Service staff are great! They are very knowledgeable and assist you with trying to find the most optimal services for your vehicle within your budget. One thing I appreciate about their company is that they don't try to rip you off by trying to get you to purchase unnecessary services. A very honest company that I would highly recommend to anyone with a Jaguar!
