Thanks I was having a number of engine ignition problems that were tricky to diagnose. Charles and his team were able to get to the bottom of the problem and once they did, they fixed it quickly and at a reasonable cost. Charles also went beyond the call of duty to fix some other things for which I am appreciative.
Very knowledgeable I've used Charles and British Independent to service my Jaguars for over a decade and have nothing but positive things to say about their work and prices. They are very knowledgeable and unlike others, never try and tack on unneeded work. I trust them implicitly and continue to take my cars back to them year after year.
Highly recommend I've taken my BMW here several times, the mechanics can usually get the job done in one day and are very detailed and honest in their diagnosis of the problem. I started coming here because of the good things I heard from other people, highly recommend!
Great staff Charles and the entire British Independent Service staff are great! They are very knowledgeable and assist you with trying to find the most optimal services for your vehicle within your budget. One thing I appreciate about their company is that they don't try to rip you off by trying to get you to purchase unnecessary services. A very honest company that I would highly recommend to anyone with a Jaguar!
