Great Staff Charles and the entire British Independent Service staff are great! They are very knowledgeable and assist you with trying to find the most optimal services for your vehicle within your budget. One thing I appreciate about their company is that they don't try to rip you off by trying to get you to purchase unnecessary services. A very honest company that I would highly recommend to anyone with a Jaguar!
