Everyone should stay away from Bristol Station and any RMK Management properties, unless you want a horrible experience like mine. Months after moving out, I received a notice from them with a page full of move-out charges, listing "problems" in almost every area of the apartment: kitchen, living room, bathroom, bedroom, totaling almost $500.
