TLDR: Cockroaches I really wanted to enjoy living here, but I would HIGHLY recommend not living ANYWHERE Borger managed. The entire building is infested with cockroaches. You see them in the entryways, while taking the trash out on your floor, and inside your apartment nonstop. The lobby ceiling was leaking so much that parts of it fell through; people's apartments are leaking, and all the while management does not send out apartment-wide communication addressing any of these issues. Once again, do not live here.

I have been handling a last-minute move for law school and the regional property manager, Emmett, has been incredibly helpful. As a student, I had some difficulty with the income verification process, but Emmett was forthcoming with information and really helped speed the process along. It was clear that he wanted things to go as smoothly as possible and help me get into a unit within the necessary time frame.

Currently, only 1 elevator working (all week) and now the AC is not working. The neighbors are friendly, creating a strong community. Important points include that heat is on from mid Oct to sometime in May, with no air conditioning during this time, even in warm weather. Because it's privately owned, it is okay for people to smoke in their apartments! So don't be surprised to smell smoke when you come home each day! Laundry machines standard and not always reliable, recent dryer/lint issue resulting in smoke.

the front desk staff, many long term residents, and rooftop were all wonderful but I had to leave due to persistent noise issues and unresponsive current management. For more than six months, I endured nightly disturbances from the upstairs unit - loud thuds, cupboard slamming, and heavy footsteps often lasting until 2am.
