the front desk staff, many long term residents, and rooftop were all wonderful but I had to leave due to persistent noise issues and unresponsive current management. Because it's privately owned, it is okay for people to smoke in their apartments! So don't be surprised to smell smoke when you come home each day! A nice place to live in. Maintenance is responsive when needed as well as the front desk staff, sp. Alani, who's always super friendly and helpful.
