Jot Kaur and Lam Schaeffer are REAL LIFE ANGELS!!!! There are no words that can express my gratitude to these 2 AMAZING SOULS!!!! They have taken care of my stepmother like she was part of their own family. They go above and beyond making sure that my stepmother is safe and well cared for. I thought the overall experience with Bristol Hospice was a very good one.The primary goal of assisting my sister to a peaceful passing was met or exceeded. Prolonging her biological functions were definitely not in her best interests. I thought the initial introduction via video cell phone could have been a little more organized, but it all worked out.
