We slow smoke our Brisket, Pork Butts, St. Louis Ribs, Spare Ribs, Chicken and Salmon. Are sides are all homemade from scratch and our Pecan pies are also made in house. When you walk in you'll think you're back in the old west. Antique tables and chairs in the dining area and our back bar was built to resemble the bars JOHN WAYNE would sit at. So come to the old west and and enjoy some home cooked vittles!

Hubby and I went there again for date night last night and noticed that they had fresh made pork rinds served with a smokey pimento cheese dip! To die for! As always the service and food were amazing.
Rock star pulled pork. Go there. Good food. Good peeps.
I LOVE THIS PLACE, THE STAFF GREETS YOU WARMLY AND MAKES YOU FEEL LIKE YOU'RE DINING WITH FRIENDS. CRYSTAL IS SO CARING AND SWEET, SHE ALWAYS GETS THE FOOD RIGHT AS WELL AS THE DRINKS. SHE MAKES THE DINING EXPERIENCE SPECIAL AND FUN. THE RIBS ARE SUCCULENT AND TENDER. Went to Brisket for dinner, it was awesome. Great friendly staff very hospitable. Definitely will be back!!!!
I had Brisket cater my small wedding and everything was SO amazing. We had way more than enough food to feed our guests and the cost was super reasonable. Tim was amazing and super attentive to every detail...from making sure everything was delivered on time and hot (a bit out of their area I might add) to setting everything up on site. We couldn't have been happier and all of our guest loved the food so much!!!!! Thank you Tim and the rest of the Brisket Team. You made OUR DAY!
Small place but very cozy. The BBQ is authentic Texas dry rub. Brisket is moist and tender with a good taste. The homemade cole slaw is a 10. All sauces are homemade. Staff was friendly and service was great. Will definitely go there again.
Had the pulled pork on a salad. The pork was so good. The staff was awesome!!! We will go back next SPRING bike rally.
