We slow smoke our Brisket, Pork Butts, St. Louis Ribs, Spare Ribs, Chicken and Salmon. Are sides are all homemade from scratch and our Pecan pies are also made in house. When you walk in you'll think you're back in the old west. Antique tables and chairs in the dining area and our back bar was built to resemble the bars JOHN WAYNE would sit at. So come to the old west and and enjoy some home cooked vittles!

Went at 14:15 the waitress was great! The brisket was moist and the sauces were good. The pork ribs were very dry.

All of their sauces (vinegar-, ketchup-, and mustard based, as well as the Sting) were amazing. I had a delicious bologna sandwich and the ribs and smoked BBQ were excellent.
