We slow smoke our Brisket, Pork Butts, St. Louis Ribs, Spare Ribs, Chicken and Salmon. Are sides are all homemade from scratch and our Pecan pies are also made in house. When you walk in you'll think you're back in the old west. Antique tables and chairs in the dining area and our back bar was built to resemble the bars JOHN WAYNE would sit at. So come to the old west and and enjoy some home cooked vittles!

In the South my entire life and never seen a collard sandwich until my first visit to Brisket yesterday. I am telling you that thing was amazing! The baked beans as well. I will definitely go back. So many items on the menu. Friendly waitress

A small dot of a place to eat that you might pass by but well worth the stop if you like good food. It is small but we like places where you feel welcomed and not just another customer to serve and get out the door as soon as possible(ie) Golden Corral/Longhorns. Recommend the brisket, pulled pork, any burger and fries, brisket stew, chicken, fried green tomatoes, collards and the Texas Stinger sauce. I have had real Texas BBQ and this place is legit! Even the interior reminds me of a couple places in Fort Worth. I am so glad that I can get real TX BBQ in Myrtle Beach. The special whiskey drinks are on point too.
