We had a bad kitchen sink blockage. I called the 1st thing in the morning and they arrived promptly. The entire issue was resolved within 1 hour. Very courteous, polite and professional! The cost came in well below the estimate for completion. Sink drains like a charm. We will definitely be using them again for a long overdue repair. New sink and plumbing installation: Although I was extremely happy with the professionalism of the gentlemen doing the installation, they did a fantastic job!!!, I was literally shocked as to the cost of this service. With having already purchased the sink, faucet & piping, it seemed that the majority of service was around 90% labor and 10% material (Brisc provided new basket strainers) for 2-2.5 hour. I would say exceptional! Simply bec both Ben & Hayden are young, but they know their stuff & knows how to communicate & explain what needs to be done & what was done after the service and the fact that this appointment was not a scheduled appointment. When I called, they were able to accommodate us sooner.
