YOU NEED TO GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE! I moved to Tennessee in November of 2013 from California, started work in September, and after my first check I started coming here. MY WHOLE FAMILY & CIRCLE OF FRIENDS COMES TO BRILLIANT! When I am here, they make me feel like family, I always have a good laugh with Anthony and Liana (the owners) they are truly amazing people! My eyebrows, nails, and toes are always on point, and I always receive compliments on them.
I had a gift certificate to get a pedicure (Hot Stone) and it was the BEST ever! I decided to get my nails done as well (pink & white) and I am so pleased with the results. Really took the time to write these reviews because I had such a great experience. I would HIGHLY recommend this nail salon!
I took my mother here for her birthday (and my wedding). We both received excellent pedicures, then she a manicure and a set of pink and whites for me. My mother loved every minute of it and this was by far and away the most beautiful set of acryllics I have ever had. My nails looked perfect on my wedding day, and the entire honeymoon. I will be going back for certain.
I was not satisfied with my first experience here. I was welcomed with a hello but that was it. I tried to talk to the girl that attended to me, who spoke English quite well. She only had one responded with one word usually. However, she talked with everyone else around. I just left feeling unwelcome. I guess that's why there weren't any other customers there.
I had the best experience at Brilliant Nail Spa today! I am traveling, and after a very long day, they pampered me, and helped me completely relax. On top of that, I had arrived 15 minutes until closing, and still received VIP treatment. Very Impressed. Very Pleased. Highly Recommended.
Excellant service. My three daughters treated me to a pedicure for Mother's Day. It was one of the best I've had. I will certainly return to Brilliant Nail Spa.
