I did make a purchase, but I left the store with a bad taste in my mouth. My first visit, they didn't have in stock what I wanted to look at, so I had to make a second appointment. First Hassle. Then on the day of my appointment they say sorry we don't have one of the pieces you asked to see. Wha? Second Hassle. Finally, when it's time to check out, I find out that they have gone up in price $100 since my first visit, and they won't honor the original price. Very shady company. Super great experience working with Regan to purchase an engagement ring! Very knowledgeable and helpful from start to finish, the ring was delivered within a very tight window, and I'll definitely be returning to get a wedding ring.
Brooke Baur provided excellent customer service to my fiancé and I last Saturday! She was very patient as we tried on rings many times, and her professional opinions influenced our decisions!
Highly recommend their 1 hour consultation. Tyler and Tiffany were awesome, not only in helping show us their inventory, but also with prompt follow up emails on additional questions, and quick resolution when we had an error with shipping location.
