Worst experience. I’ve had my ring for 4 years and it’s broke 3 times. I constantly have to send it back And the wait time to get it is way longer than the estimate. Also a customer service team Seems to be Outsourced and no help for the same issue that has happened for three times. Tyler told us she’d “see what else she could do” and then completely disappeared without any update or explanation. We were left standing there confused and frustrated. It felt incredibly unprofessional and dismissive. Grant, the ASM, tried to step in and help, but the experience was already disappointing.
