This is just about my first impression. I walked into the store - I was the only one there and there was one attendant. She did not say hello or acknowledge I was there. I walked around for about 5 min and nothing. You would think that if you might drop thousands of dollars on jewelry the customer service would be top notch.
My Fiancé & I had two wonderful ring consultations with Diana Cortes. We appreciated her relaxed and professional demeanor, we did not feel rushed or pressured and she was exceptionally kind and knowledgable making our experience really enjoyable. Her quickly timed email recaps post meeting and follow ups we also found very beneficial.
I made an appointment but they didnt have many styles in store. There was no follow up. Not personable experience. Felt like a number and would have same as every else.
N'Dea was very helpful during the process and listened to what me and my s/o thought was best for her ring. Highly reccomend.
