They don't add bails on pendants.
My husband got my engagement ring here. It’s a $20k ring - not cheap. We needed it resized which would take a month+ with the back and forth. A local jeweler could do it in days. Since then we’ve had 7 diamonds fall out. We paid full price through brilliant earth to have them replaced. This took 1.5 months. Once we got it back another diamond fell out WITHIN DAYS. You’re paying high ticket for a cheap product and poor customer service after they have your money.
