Wait time is so long. Staff isn’t very friendly, specifically Amy. Checked in 3x within the past 90 min. They don’t even ask how they can help or anything. They just make you wait. Also tried calling many times before coming & no one answers. Surprised I’m still waiting to purchase diamonds from them instead of another business with better service.

Was interested in a ring, they were super rude to me. They did not get a phone number or try to service me in any way. Went to Blue Nile instead in the Domain and got great service. The bad service turned me off so much that I will never be buying from them. Blue Nice had better prices too.
Terrible service. Yesterday, my fianc�e and I visited this jewelry store and were asked to put our names on a waiting list. After sitting and waiting, we watched another couple walk in and get helped before us, which was extremely disappointing and honestly lowered our expectations of the store even further. While the purchase of our engagement ring was smooth, the entire process of the wedding band purchase was a fiasco. A few times we almost walked away from the rings we wanted due to the confusion of our store associate, Walker.
