First time owning a Subaru. Went in for the first oil change. Treated very polite. After going into waiting lounge I received a text from the person servicing my car asking if I had any questions. When he was done came in with paperwork and explained it all.
Preston Seal, he needs more practice and experience in customer service.

I was working in the area and had a headlight go out. When I tried to get a new one from a national oil change place, they weren't capable of doing it. Fortunately I noticed that there was a local Subaru dealership close to where I was. I was amazed and thankful that they were not only open, but able to find me in almost immediately.
