RecommendedGreat service, even when the car didn't get towed in for days due to the storm I had a loaner immediately.
Last week as I was driving to work a warning light came on the dashboard of my Subaru cross trek. I drove into the service department with NO appointment. Rich was so kind, told me to have a seat in waiting area and he would check it out. Thankfully the problem was a easy fix, I was on my way in minutes. Thank you to Rich for his knowledge and efficiency. I would highly recommend Brilliance Subaru!!!

Brought my car in for some warranty work. Service department was very helpful and professional. They loaned a newer car to me while the work was being done. It took about two weeks due to the part being out of stock. They checked in with me every couple of days to keep me updated. I would definitely go there again.
