To be honest, my first experience with Brilliance Flooring wasn't great. We had a ton of issues with the subcontractor and Ben was out of town (so he was hard to reach). Once Ben found out that we were unhappy he did everything he could to make it right. He came back to our home to fix a few issues we had and he even did our laundry room at no profit just to show us what his company was really made of. The second experience was a great one. Ben and his guys are a joy to work with. I am very picky and they were excellent. It is nice to find good honest people who work hard for a fair price. They took my ugly pre-finished flooring and turned it into exactly what I had hoped for. Thank you Brilliance Flooring!!! I recommend this company without hesitation!!!!
Ben and his fellow team do excellent work and their customer service is great. They are not a high pressure business but make you feel good with the value you receive.
Ben and his team did an amazing job restoring the original hardwoods in our 1928-built bungalow. They were professional, on-time, budget-friendly and transparent throughout the process. I would use them again in a heart beat and recommend them without reservation!
