Do not use this company. I paid them to redo my hardwood floors which they did a good job on, but during the process they damaged an expensive bathtub. The denied it was them and refused to prove it by bringing machines used to see if the scratch mark lined up wit me the sanders. I will be pursuing legal action. I highly recommend against using this company.

We have just had our second room done by Brillance Flooring and couldn't be happier! We live in a 100 year old farmhouse where nothing is square, nothing is even. We had a concern about how they could possibly make it all come together. Like magic they did! Our room is beautiful; with solid oak floors that don't squeak and look awesome. Brillance Flooring has done an amazing job on my floors; going above and beyond to make sure I was happy. About 6 months ago, I also had a BIG water spill on my floors, called Ben in a panic asking for advice and not only did he have ideas to help me fix the problem but went out of his way to come by and assess the damage himself. That was completely unexpected; he had finished my floors long before then and it certainly wasn't his fault. With a few fans, time and his help, my floors are back to being perfect.
