Our family of four stayed at Base Camp for a week. Our experience with Brightwaters Vacations Rentals was top notch from start to finish- clear communication, great recommendations/info about the area, and lovely accommodations. Elisabeth and Michele have a real flair for decorating. Their excitement about the area was evident and EVERYTHING was spot on. Base Camp was clean, conveniently located, and well-appointed. We would happily stay here again or try one of the other properties. Highly recommend.
BaseCamp was perfect for us! The owners are responsive and pleasant and the home was very clean and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend!!
We recommended the Veranda Guesthouse to our friend visiting from Charlotte. We enjoyed hanging out on the enclosed porch with him, when we weren’t out enjoying all the area has to offer. The home is beautifully renovated and decorated, allowing for a perfect home away from home feeling. Highly recommend staying in this property, as well as all of the Brightwater properties.
Located in a beautiful area, clean and homey... loved it!
Adorable, cozy cabin, furnished with attention to details and love. The Mountain Lily Cabin is a newly renovated cabin, providing comfort and functionality. It is located at the end of the property where it is shady from the surrounding woods and very peaceful. We sat outside on the porch every evening enjoying lightning bugs and the tranquility of this place. The spacious kitchen was ideal to cook for everybody. My mom stayed in Bungalow 207 and thoroughly enjoyed her stay! The cabin was charming, cozy, and super clean :) We will absolutely recommend all of Brightwaters Vacation Rentals to our friends, family, and customers!!!!

What an amazing weekend for a family wedding! We all stayed with Brightwater and could not have been more comfortable. The location was convenient to all the wedding event venues and we SO much preferred this to a hotel! Brightwater offers a very cozy, charming alternative and we will definitely return.
