RecommendedWe stayed in the quaint little Foxhole Cottage to meet up with some friends camping in Fletcher. We took motorcycle rides to Hot Springs one day and Cashiers the next. What a beautiful area! The cabin was so clean and I loved the wood floors and ceilings. I’m hoping to come back soon to explore more of the area. Well worth it!!
These are great little cabins in the perfect location! Close to downtown Hendersonville, close DuPont Forest, breweries and not too far from Asheville. We have stayed here multiple times and enjoy it each time we come. We highly recommend!
The cottage was very clean and up to date. The community is quiet and peaceful. I recommend for sure if you’re in the Hendersonville area
We were thrilled with our experience renting our vacation cabins from Brightwaters. We rented 4 cabins for our large family vacation and they were all clean and beautifully decorated. The grounds were peaceful and gorgeous and the property managers were very helpful, informative and responsive. We all agreed we would love to go back and would definitely go straight back to the Brightwaters cabins.
We had an incredible stay at BVR! I’ve been coming to Blue Ridge Mts since 87 and this is my most recommended place to stay. Staff was incredibly friendly and their communication was professional, honest and speedy from inquiry through checkout and beyond! I’m also a Marriott Platinum for Life guest but won’t stay anywhere else in Hville anymore.

This is quickly becoming our go to vacation spot! We have so much fun every time we come. There are all sorts of things close by to go out and do. We enjoy the hiking, axe throwing, rock climbing, Sierra Nevada and more. We come back to a cozy cabin that’s beautifully furnished & feels so homey. The cabins are close enough together that renting several cabins for each family is the best! You can be together all day & then retreat to your own space at night. We stayed in the foxhole cottage for our wedding night and it was so cute and comfy. Everything was spotless (which I am very picky about) and Elisabeth was helpful and kind (even left us a bottle of wine to celebrate with). I would highly recommend staying here and plan to again if I get the chance. Thank you!
The Brightwater Verandah is lovely. My husband and I stayed recently while visiting friends in the area and we loved the house. The Verandah was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We loved the enclosed front verandah for morning coffee and afternoon happy hour! The furnishings and decor were outstanding and the owners went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay.
Brightwater Vacation Rentals has the the best cabins and house rentals. We have stayed at several of them and loved each experience. They are beautifully decorated, have everything you need, and are a great location to Hendersonville, Brevard, Asheville and all surrounding areas. Elisabeth is a great host, making your stay welcoming and comfortable. We highly recommend these rentals.
