Nice building clean interior great amenities apts are nice with carpeting throughout top of the line appliances one price covers all expenses including rent, the 1 star rating represents the yearly rental increases that literally gouges your budget if on a fixed income, its a privately owned business you get what you paid for! Great community of people that resides there, mangr is friendly and knowledgeable, a great place to live if you can afford it
My friends here have high rent that goes up yearly but when I’ve visited I noticed it’s frequently unshoveled in the winter and other safety and care issues. The community of residents is warm and active however.
Paper thin walls and floors make for a horrible noisy experience if you live on the first or second floor. Ridiculous rent increases to the point that they're constantly losing people. Parking situation is not great in the winter months. You lose about 10 parking spaces so they can dump the snow in that area since there's no other place to put it. And when there's a big snowstorm, they expect elderly people to move their cars into the street and walk back in a storm so they can plow. You'd think being in Buffalo they would h... read more
