My friends here have high rent that goes up yearly but when I’ve visited I noticed it’s frequently unshoveled in the winter and other safety and care issues. The community of residents is warm and active however.
Paper thin walls and floors make for a horrible noisy experience if you live on the first or second floor. Ridiculous rent increases to the point that they're constantly losing people. Parking situation is not great in the winter months. You lose about 10 parking spaces so they can dump the snow in that area since there's no other place to put it. And when there's a big snowstorm, they expect elderly people to move their cars into the street and walk back in a storm so they can plow. You'd think being in Buffalo they would h... read more
