I went to Dianne foehn she opened after leaving Toscana. I went from having my own long natural hair with highlights at Toscana to her new salon on Brighton and with every highlight and color my hair broke and broke. My boyfriend from Pgh would come in and ask me why I got my hair cut. I never got it cut. It kept breaking.
