Great place for kids to play
If you're looking for a top-notch apartment in Ames this is definitely a place I would check out. covered parking at an elevator near campus and close to HyVee what else could you ask for.
The apartment is fine, but the manager is terrible. When the heat didn't work, they installed a AC for us to warm the apartment. They said they would pay the extra cost of the utility. However, it is very difficult to get the compensation， even though we turned into all the bills of the utility. Their attitude is terrible. Find another place to live. The housing situation is way better than 2014-2015.
