Refuses to give me copies of my medical records. Sam is rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. Asked for my PD and was told "We don't have to give that to you. You have to figure it out." Also told me Ibhad no right to my prior eye exam records and would only give me a written account without any measurements or progress updates or any requested information outside of the PD We will never be going back.
