Today was my 1st visit to the dentist in a while. They made me feel really comfortable like a friend who cared and not just like a patient. I have placed their business cards in my salon and will tell everyone about them If you don't know...you better go find out because they are the BEST and my smile is bright just like their name!!
Great office. Good experience. I don't like going to the dentist but I really enjoyed my visit after I got past the old lady at the front who was snappy, but the doctor and the ladies in the back treated me really nice.
I love this office. The staff is very professional and caring. It was very calming to know that the lady that checked me out and explained what my insurance would pay, used to be a dental assistant so she was able to answer my questions about my tooth because I need a root canal and also what my insurance would cover. It was very comforting to me that she re-emphasized exactly what the doctor said I needed and why and she wasn't even in the room. This is the place to go. All I can say is I was terrified but it was absolutely PAINLESS!!! Now i will move the dentist from my naught list to my good list.
Everyone at this office is great!!! The front desk girls took care of my insurance, they hygenist was very gentle and caring the doctor was outstanding! I felt very comfortable here and would reccommend to everyone!!! Thank you for your outstanding service!!!
This office is amazing. The Dr. is great. You don't feel his injections. The staff is sweet, especially Shameika. She made sure my experience was great from beginning to end. She answered every question i had from teeth to billing. This is the place for you if you want to feel special and get quality work done. Love them.
I am very pleased with the services and advises from Dr. Rouhani of Bright Smiles of Garner. His staff are very courteous and always accommodate requests on appointments according to our convenience.
