Hi, my name is Shayla and I came to Dr. Cousin's office on August 20, 2014, with an agonizing, painful, infected tooth. I was taking a pain medication and an antibiotic that was not working. Dr. Oregano new exactly what to do. He immediately removed some of the infection and determined that I needed a root cancel. I left the office pain free. I was treated extremely rude by the staff & dentist at Bright Smiles of Garner. It was disturbing I hope I can find a decent dentist after this horrible ordeal .
When I first walked in the office I felt at home, the decor makes one feel relaxed in an usually tense situation. The friendly staff, clean rooms and excellent care makes the whole experience a pleasure instead of the usual pain associated with the dentist office. Everyone should experience dental service at Bright Smiles of Garner in order to really have a good dental appointment

I have been to many different dentist offices as I have moved many times. I have experienced excellent customer servive as well as dental services with Bright Smiles of Garner. There prices are great and they offer options to fit your budget as well as special promotions to help afford the services rendered. The only reason I amn not giving a perfect score is because I am not finished receiving the dental work I need but as of right now absolutely 100% satisfaction.
I usually have a ton of anxiety when I go to the dentist, but the Doctor and all the staff here make you feel right at home. Their awesome and I would recommend their practice to everyone!! They have definately lessened my anxiety about dentists. They explain what their doing, and have actually made me not dread going to my appointments. That's a first for me!
Anyone searching for a dentist should go to Bright Smiles of Garner. Dr. Rouhani and his staff are very professional and kind. I was at ease instantly. They take their time answering questions, I never felt rushed. I have dealt primarily with Suzanne, Evelyn and Dr. Rhouhani and found them to be so sweet.
