I walked into Bright Smile at 5:30 with major complications. I had never been to this dentist before and had expectations that I wouldn't be helped. The first person I met was Erin and she was so nice and had so much empathy. To make a long story short, Dr. Cheung stayed 2 hours after closing time to ensure I was taken care of. I now happily drive 30 minutes to get to him; he has a customer for life.
Had been looking for a good dentist for quite some time and I have definitely found him. Thanks Dr. Cheung :-)

We love Dr. Cheung and the Bright Smiles Staff. Our family moved to Hong Kong over a year and a half ago and we have not been able to find a dentist that parallels the great, comfortable service we have always had at Bright Smiles. This was the first stop on our visit to Columbus for our annual vacation in the U.S! Best family dental experience around!!
