The front desk was overwhelmed with calls. In between, she took the time to inform me that I was checked in and would be seen. The person who helped with the glasses selection explained the cost, so when the bill came, I was not surprised. It was exactly as explained.

I've known Dr D before she opened her own business. I see her twice a yr she does a great job examining my eyes..

I love Dr. D. She's always warm and welcoming. Getting my eyes checked annually at Bright Eyes Optometry is great. However, the problem lies with the desk staff. My eye exam was on October 29th, 2024, for glasses and contact lens fitting. Dr. D recommended that I try two different types of contact lenses, and I was told I would receive a call when they were ready for pick-up. The call never came. The eye exam was great and the doctor was very patient with me. It all changed when it came time to get my glass frames. The assistant showed me exactly Three frames, none of which would have looked good on me and then started hustling me to pay more money than my Senior Medicaid coverage would pay. I did spend $70 but I was very disappointed when I got the glasses as they were slightly too big. I would never have known it was a hustle if I hadn't seen him do it to three other people before me.
