It was our first time to a vet and they were very patient
Emergency care is scary and often overwhelming. We love our pets and want the absolute best for them, often the cost will be overwhelming. My dog was critically ill and we were not sure if she would even survive the exam. Every test and why it was needed was explained to us along with the costs before being completed. Took my rabbit in for an emergency. 50 minutes later she was dead. Saw the vet (after waiting an hour) for 2 minute and was told it wasn't good, really you think, that's why I came in here. She has maggots and worms coming out of her vulva that weren't there last night. Maybe you should have started treatment when I came in when she was still jumping and alert. I took my dog Zelda in for emergency visits twice this week for a UTI & tummy trouble and both times the service was wonderful. Zelda & Miss Ruffers (her sister) have always been given excellent care by the staff at Bright Eyes & Bushy Tails. 5☆
