RecommendedThey were compassionate with us when we needed it. Very kind people.
They see a wide variety of animals. I have been there many times for vaccines and emergency visits, for dogs, cats, and a chinchilla. The staff answer questions very well and will give you options to best fit the need of your pets. I unfortunately had an emergency with my Chinchilla. I felt very comfortable leaving him for overnight monitoring. When the time came that we had exhausted all of our options, it was best for my chinchilla to be put to rest. They are always there for ur pets needs. They where very sweet with my xena. I made the trip to them from Burlington and made my xena a priority
I do not have enough words for how wonderful the staff is. Kind, caring and compassionate. They far surpass any animal ER in the area.
Thank you Dr's Berger, Schroeder, and Witte ( and Chereece) for walking us through the testing, decisions, and finally euthanizing of our 7 year old Golden, Bernie. It was shocking to find out that our pup not only had cancer, but that the tumor(s) had ruptured and bled, when he had shown no previous signs of illness. We really appreciate not only the medical expertise of the staff, but the compassion and care given to our family. Thank you.
My cat was having awful poops for three days and I took him in since we couldn’t get in to a regular vet. They treated it like an infection because he was still eating and drinking with no vomit. Well two days later no poop and now vomiting I took him in. The vet I saw was very nice and the vet tech was amazing and compassionate. He was so backed up I had to put him in the ICU.
