RecommendedAlthough we didn't get the results we were hoping for when Miss Athena had to visit here on emergency the other night. We truly believe they did all they could to help her. They called with updates during the night. Kept us informed if she was suffering. Thank you for doing your best... We do miss her terribly though! Recommend Bright Eyed & Bushy Tails!
Professional, friendly, and very concerned
DO NOT LET YOUR PET SEE DR. CONANT. She will not care about what is best for your animal. She is very lazy at her job. I had a kitten in very poor respiratory shape and had to bring her in. On the phone I continued to ask questions about what the best thing to do was, what was necessary, could trying this do more harm than good, etc. I am a nurse so I was trying to think through every situation. I went to a local vet for the past 6 months and was told nothing was wrong with my leopard gecko, though I knew that wasn't the case. I brought him in here for emergency services after he got worse over night and they strongly recommended putting him down. They were very sympathetic and sweet helping us through the process. I checked the mail today and got a "sorry for your loss" card, and it brought tears to my eyes how compassionate they are. Highly recommend.
They were very informative and professional. I couldn't be with Tiger because of COVID and they were always in contact with me about him.

Thank you so much for taking great care of our baby Ping! We’re relieved to know he has no fractures, and he’s doing well with the pain medication. Becca and Dr. Maiers were very knowledgeable and went above and beyond for us. We will drive the 2 hrs to come here again for any emergency.
They saved our 2.5 year old Great Pyrenees last night after she got into something toxic and began to have neurological issues. Excellent care and would go back with any type of pet emergency.
To many people I know have had horrible experiences along with outrageous reactions from the business over pointing out the poor practices and misdiagnosis. I am advising anyone who experienced this to report the business and take action to stop these actions. Really sad that a place that is supposed to care has threatened people over reviews and constantly misdiagnosed people’s pets and lashed out at the customer for pointing it out when they found by going elsewhere that their pets were misdiagnosed.
