Worst doctor ever. Do not go here. Lies about what has to be done to pad the bill. Not good with kids. Doesnt care about patients. Office staff is completely incompetent. Save your time and money go somewhere else

The staff at Bright Eye Consultants were wonderful, professional, welcoming, and very kind. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. O’Brien was the complete opposite. I understand that examining a child’s eyes can be challenging, but the way he spoke to me and handled my daughter was extremely unprofessional. When my daughter became visibly upset and I reached out to comfort her, he told me to “please stop” because I was “distracting” her. The front desk did not clarify to us that they were out of network for us.discoverd later that we owe $230 to them. the staff needs to develop more empathy for patients understanding their situation

Dr O’Brien and his assistant are very kind and knowledgable and thorough. Although the front office staff and one lady in particular is very rude (Autumn). Wont even give you the time of day to explain what you need then proceeds to say, I’m so confused. Well yes if you would give me time to explain, you would understand. And my bill has been mailed to the wrong address twice even though I’ve told this same lady to correct the address twice in the past year.
