We have nothing but good things to say about Dr. O’Brien and his staff. Every eye appointment we have been to has been professional, friendly, and informative. The environment is calming and friendly. Ari, at the front desk, is always cheerful, helpful, and makes us feel super comfortable and welcome. We just had our almost 10 month old’s double eye strabismus surgery. Talk about a terrified mama! Sounds to me like he’s not very professional and shouldn’t be working with kids.
Dr O’Brian was AMAZING with my 13 month old. He was very quick and efficient with his exam, but took the time to explain everything to me and made sure that I understood what was going on and what it meant going forward. The staff was so welcoming and friendly and the office was very clean and full of fun toys and great movies that both of my kids enjoyed.
They did a great job fixing my granddaughters eyes. I would recommend them for anyone needing eye treatment for children.
Dr. O'Brien and his staff are very kind. They spent quite a bit of time with my daughter while checking her out. They explained everything in great detail. They corrected her prescription from a walk-in clinic. They even remembered which patch my daughter needed when my husband came later that day to pick them up. All of the kids present were having a great time, not just mine. Even my kid knew the care was a thousand times better. Dr. O’Brien and his staff are excellent! We received amazing care today! I was nervous about both my toddlers being examined and how they would react, but Dr. O’Brien and his staff were patient and gentle and made them feel comfortable. The toy room for the kids while their eyes were being dilated was wonderful and made the time go by rather quickly.
