Not overly empresses with my long stay there. Can’t say the doctors know what’s going on. And a lot of nurses don’t care. Sadly cause there are some that pick up all the slack of those

I need to express my extreme gratitude to all of the staff on the GYN/ONC floor. Everyone was so kind to me. I had an emotional breakdown of sorts a few days into my hospitalization and Julia (RN) was so gentle and supportive during that time. Kayla, RN was my nurse most of the days I was there and she was fabulous. Each and every nursing technician that helped me, I thank you. And of course of all the physicians were amazing as well. 3 surgeries in 4 years... all at B&W, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the hospital, staff, and doctors!
My brother had to go to the ER. He got a bandaid, a tetanus shot, and some antibiotics. bandaid 2$, tetanus shot 85$, antibiotics 20$. The doctor that looked at his thumb for 5 minutes: 460$. The actual visit to the ER: 2000$ How is this something that is ok? He lives out of state, can't get insurance through work, isn't eligible for the ACA because it's not open enrollment, and now he's going to be financially crippled for months. Is this really how you guys run your business because I thought you were better than that.
