My sister had sepsis and ARDS and was transferred to BWH MICU. They saved her life! The care was exceptional.

April of 2018, had a 16 1/2 hr. Surgery to rebuild my back. Removed scar tissue and fused from T-10 down to my pelvis. Two and a half years later still pain free. Best of surgeons and nurses that I have ever had. Eight days in ICU . A big thank you to Dr. Michael Geoff neurosurgeon and all his team. I can’t say thank you enough.

Perhaps hiring new doctors and nurses that actually listen to their patients.
