This hospital is incompetent and unhelpful with any complex medical problem. When you have a rare disease instead of actually helping they tell you to see a psychiatrist. They continue to mess up my medications and care. I have now switched hospitals and will NEVER go to Brigham again. I recommend you find doctors who actually care.

I have had to deal with Dr Zarella on multiple occasions and all of these dealings have been horrific! She has falsified after visit notes on 2 different occasions! She is also 100% against meds! I called on a Saturday for something for pain (which I never do!)after getting out of the hospital with kidney stones. She told me I had to track down my doctor from the hospital for that and that her office doesn’t do any prescriptions on the weekend! She said if I cant manage go back to ER.
