This office always exceeds my expectations of professionalism and expertise with all my family's dental care and I have no reservations recommending them highly. Serena and Dr. Brad are the best!
I am a new patient and this was my first visit. Everything was great but I did have to wait too long to see the Dr. I can understand 15 min but it was over 45. Hopefully that will not happen in the future.
I was disappointed that my appointment, which was rescheduled to an earlier date because the later date was unable to be met by Dr. Briggs did not have me meeting with Dr. Briggs. Further, I have always had the gum test done where you rate the gum density by 1,2,3,4's . My wife asked me how I did and I mentioned that we didn't do that procedure. On the positive note, my teeth cleaner was very nice and personable and my teeth look very nice...just disappointed we couldn't get all those things done in one visit as I have a ver... read more
My visit was excellent. My cleaning was painless! I actually look forward to my dental appointments at Briggs Dentistry! I always recommend them to my friends.
Staff is very warm and friendly. Patient comfort is given a lot of attention and their professional standards seem very high.
