I was greeted with a friendly hello by receptionist staff. Serina is very personable & professional. She Answered all my questions and does an excellent job cleaning my teeth. I would highly recommend her. I was surprised that my dentist was not called in for an examination of my teeth at the end of my cleaning. I just assumed this would take place as it was standard procedure with other dental practices I visited in other states. However I am fairly new to this practice and this may not be standard protocol.
I know you are very busy, but even after a normal cleaning with no further required dental work, it would be nice to have the doctor stop by if just to say hello.
Professional care by professionals. Cannot ask for more.
I did not like the temporary hygienist that worked on me. She did not instill confidence in me that she was doing the job correctly, I had more pain than I have had from a cleaning ever. Still love your practice, but definitely don't want her to work on my teeth in the future. I actually thought I was supposed to have Cyndi.
Love your newest technology on numbing. Cannot believe no more needles coming at you. Also, no residual of ever having Novocaine administered. In addition, no implant trays for impressions! WOW! Love coming here for dentistry!
Excellent experience as always. Serina did exceptional job cleaning my teeth. When I come to Dr. Briggs' office it's like visiting good friends and family, I would not hesitate to refer my family and friends to this office for any of their dental needs.
