Took good care of my puppy while i was out of the country. Would use them again.
I would like to thank ALL of the staff for all the help we got today. I was going to drop off my dog (Sammy) in daycare when I got in an accident. I called Brier Creek Pet Hotel and ask them if they could pick up my dog from the scene so I could deal with the paramedics and the police. Five minutes later, Samantha came to the rescue and save the day. Thanks so much for taking great care of Sammy. ... and for going that extra mile for your clients.
