The staff are very friendly and are passionate about what they do. No doggo or kitty comes in and doesn't receive the love and care that they deserve!
I'm a bit of a "helicopter dog mom" when it comes to my sweet boy. We've been to multiple doggy daycare's in the area and this is hands down the best we've found. In fact, I now drive out of my way to get him there two days a week. They're so caring and loving towards my sweet,crazy boy. I only have one dog so she was rarely around any other dogs. I was apprehensive about her staying in a new place overnight but she did great. Now when I bring her she tries to tear out of the truck to get inside. They also groom her once a month and are very reasonable on the cost.
BCPH is so friendly, they love my pup and I always hear stories about his stays. I love that! It shows how much they care for my best friend when he's there... what more could you want?! After some bad experiences elsewhere, I feel blessed to have found this great place.

My dog, Nemo, loves coming to Brier Creek Pet Hotel for daycare. He has a group of dog friends that he gets to play with everyday and he is always so excited when I drop him off! We have also boarded him here. I like that we can board him at a place where he is already very comfortable. I highly recommend Brier Creek Pet Hotel!
Bella was a first time Boarder and although I hated to leave her behind I must say she was well taken care of. I will definitely bring her back...The customer service was amazing.
